We encourage you to contact your surgeon and your insurance company if you have any questions about your financial obligations. In addition, please make sure your authorization/pre-certification for surgery is on file prior to surgery.

Please Note: To make an online payment you will need your last statement from your facility which contains your Secure Health Code and the last balance due. Both will be found on your last patient statement.
Fees & Payments
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
Financial Information
A staff member from our business office may call before your surgery to explain your insurance benefits. You may be required to make a full or partial payment at the time of admission. We accept personal checks, cash and most major credit cards. Financing options are also available.
Please note you will receive three bills for your surgery:
- Oregon Outpatient Surgery (Facility)
- Your Surgeon’s Fee
- Your Anesthesiologist’s Fee
Prescriptions & Renewals
Please call your doctor’s office. We do not refill prescriptions.
